5th Annual Walter Kaufmann Chefs Holiday Pantry - Fort Worth Chapter

Chef Paul Miller from Piazza in the Village.

December 17, 2011 at Ridgemar Mall the Ft. Worth Chapter held it's 5th Annual Walter Kaufmann Chefs Holiday Pantry.  The event was a huge success with over 65 partners that donated goods to the event.  All donated goods were sold and a new record in revenue was set.  A special thanks to Crystal Vastine and her staff at Foodie, and Micheline Hynes and Robyn Morgan from Tarrant Area Food Bank for all of their hard work in a seamless plan and execution.  As always, the chapter could not have done a successful event without Chef Heather Kurima and the students of the Culinary School of Fort Worth.  At the event an ice demonstration was done by Chef Paul Miller, Chef Kevin Martinez and Chef Charlie Guajardo.  It was absolutely magnificient.
