PASTRY CHEF OF THE YEAR William Hillis Angelo University Executive Chef William Hillis is the Catering Director of Angelo State University where he serves about 2500 students a day. He has been in food and restaurant business for 30 years. He has cooked for several businesses like Twin Mountain Steakhouse, Goodfellow Air Force Base Clubs, Southern Sea Restaurant and Catered Affair. William is a member of Texas Chefs Association. William has 2 wonderful daughters and his pride is his grandson, Ryan Evan Hillis.
