The regular monthly meeting of the Concho Valley Chapter, TCA was held on
September 14, 2009 at Shannon Hospital, hosted by Larry Lambert.
Attending: Liz and Jr. Matthews, Henry Weins, Sergio Rico, Larry Lambert, Billy Hillis and Manuel Martinez
Guests: Jason Helfer
Call to Order: Henry Weins called the meeting to order.
Minutes: Motion was made to accept minutes, seconded by Sergio Rico.
Treasurer's Report: Chapter is financially sound.
Committee Reports:
Certification: New member, Jason Helfer needs info for next certification 1/28/10.
Charity/Fundraising: Children's Miracle Network, 2 applications. Civic Theatre-Halloween October 31, 2009. Save Kids will be continued
Adjournment: Motion was made by Billy Hillis to adjourn meeting, Liz Matthews seconded motion. Next meeting will be on October 31, 2009 at 6 pm, Civic Theatre.
