The regular monthly meeting of the Corpus Christi Chapter, TCA was held on September 2, 2009 at the Restaurant Management Delmar West campus at 3 pm, hosted by Mercy Dulavitz.
Attending: Mercy Dulavitz, Mark Carpenter, Claudia Hurt and Denise Lilly
Guests: Jessica Harlin from STRA Club and Charles Sloate
Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 3:15 pm.
Director's Report: Reported the letter from the TCA President, Charles Duit.
Correspondence: Discussed the accreditation approval of culinary program from Delmar College.
New Business: The Show and Share Event will be held on October 24 and 25, 2009. STRA is hosting the event. STRA needs help from TCA to assist with the event. Mercy motioned to participate assisting the Show and Share in October. Mark Carpenter seconded the motion. All in favor, none opposed, motion carried.
Adjournment: Meeting was adjourned at 4:30 pm.

Call to Order: Meeting was called to order at 3:15 pm.
Director's Report: Reported on TCA convention in San Antonio. Membership needs to improve. New TCA President and Vice President.
New Business: Upcoming event on October 24 & 25. The Show and Share Cake Display in Corpus Christi hosted by Claudia Hurt and Del Mar College. The show is open to public. It will be teaching and demos by guests from Food Network and local cake business owner.
