MEETING MINUTES

The regular monthly meeting of the Permian Basin Chapter, TCA was held on June 6, 2011 at the First Presbyterian Church of Midland, hosted by Chef Angelo Q. McCoy.

Attending:  There were 12 in attendance for the meeting.

Call to Order:  The meeting was called to order at 3:10 pm.

Treasurer's Report:  Angelo gave a report that chapter was financially sound.

New Business:  We discussed upcoming events in November 8, 2011.  Ice Carving and Food Salon.  Teaming up with Ben E. Keith for a local event.  

Adjournment:  Next meeting will be July 11, 2011, 3pm at Petroleum Club of Midland, hosted by J.R. Jimenez.  Meeting was adjourned.

Attending:  There were 12 in attendance for the meeting.

Call to Order:  The meeting was called to order at 3:10 pm.

Treasurer's Report:  Chef gave report that the chapter is financially sound.

New Business:  We discussed working with the students at Odessa College and Ice Carving Salon.  New seats and voted for awards.  Contributor of the Year-Brad Miller; Purveyor of the Year-Ben E. Keith, Gilbert Zarate; Chef of the Year-Chef Angelo Q. McCoy.  We discussed the TCA Convention.  Chef Angelo McCoy is going by proxy for Chef J.R. 

Adjournment:  The meeting was adjourned at 4:46 pm.  Next meeting at First Presbyterian Church of Midland Texas.  Hosted by Angelo Q. McCoy at 3 pm, June 6, 2011.
