The TCA Convention being held on Thursday, July 21, 2011, includes breakfast , the TCA General Session, President's Luncheon and Certification Seminar. Breakfast, General Session and President's Luncheon will be held at Northwood Club, 6524 Alpha Rd., Dallas, Texas 75240. Certification Seminar will be held after luncheon at Milestone Culinary Arts Center, 4531 McKinney Ave., Dallas, Texas 75205.
