HOT TCA Members please be advised we have two planning meetings scheduled for January. The first one will be held on the 9th at TSTC at 5:30 and the next one on the 16th same location and time to prepare for the Competition Dinner on January 22, 2020.

Competition Dinner Assignments:
Salad and bread - Paul Porras
Fish Entree - Mark Schneider
Main - Raymond Silva
Dessert - Michele Brown
