Excited about another great meeting of the Texas Chef Association. We will be discussing committee chairs, and annual awards, so get your nominations ready! We are also excited to announce that The Argyle’s Certified Sommelier Clay Wheeler will be hosting a class on pairing food with wine. Also, he will be discussing how food changes the flavor of wines.
