I am writing my professional paper to complete my master’s degree in Hospitality.  The topic is how color influences food choices and the environment in which we work.

Please take a moment to answer the following questions and share with me any opinions or experiences you might have had in this area.

1.        When looking at food, do you think your opinion of how it will taste is influenced by the color and appearance? 

2.       Do you believe you first feast with your eyes?
