Requirements
• Minimum of 3 applicants constitutes a 'Group"
• All applicants are assigned the same renewal date
• One (1) applicant must join as a Professional Culinarian (ACF&TCA). This membership is in the individuals name and is not transferable - dues $300.
Additional chefs may be either a Professional Culinarian (ACF&TCA) or a TCA Chef (TCA). TCA Chef - dues $110.
• Ten (10) or more TCA Chef members - dues reduced to $100. per member
* Professional Culinarian: A Culinarian with 3 or more years of experience. Members receive a membership card, certificate, patch and a free $5000. life insurance policy from both TCA and the ACF, access to educational programs and certification at a reduced rate. All voting rights and privileges. Membership is non-transferable.
**TCA Chef: A Culinarian with 3 or more years of experience. ACF membership is not included. The TCA Chef has all voting rights and privileges and receives a membership card, certificate and patch. Membership is transferable.
